Hi,
Welcome to HCM.
1.Retest for Chlamydia once again and urine deposit to ascertain a complete cure. May need alternate regimen for Chlamydia.
2. Whether your partner treated or not? Whether you had sex with your partner before she got treated?
3. Other than Chlamydia an associated condition may lie undetected, possibly Trichomonas infection. Trichomonas in men goes undetected often and has a tingling sensation inside the urethra.
