What Is The Cure For Lumbar Sacral Problem ?
i am suffering from L5-S1 disc problem. Often i get pain and i used to be under traction for 3 weeks , i will be relieved from pain. Any possible remedies for permanent pain relief?

hello,
disc problem is a common degenerative problem of the spine leading to nerve entrapment , pain, weakness etc.
i would however suggest you to continue bed rest, rehabilitation exercise. surgery relieves symptoms but is associated with relapse.
