What Is The Correct Dosage Of Mefipristone And Misopristol?

I am 20yrs old, my lmp is 17th may and I took mefipristone tablet on 20th June 10pm. I am.using the mefigest kit. and I want to know the correct dosage. its been 36 hours by mow. my doctor adviced me to take misopristol tab morning and night, today and tomorrow. is those the correct dosage.please reply asap!

Understand your concern.
Usage of abortion pills should be guided and supervised by the gynecologist as it cause unmanageable complication. Medical abortion used only for intrauterine up to 63 days of pregnancy (Pre abortion USG is required).
Dose and drug schedule of misoprostol is modified by gynecologist.
Procedure is below: Mifepristone 600 mg orally on day 1, after 24 hour: misoprostol two tablet of 200 mcg should be put high in vagina under supervision of gynecologist, another two tablet after 6 hours. You can use maximum up to three doses if bleeding is not induced.(800 mcg evey 6 hourly maximum up to 3 times). Bleeding is started with in 1-2 hour after last dose. And whole process is complete in 2-3 days. Post abortion USG is also required to confirm the completeness process of abortion. If excessive bleeding (> 2 pads/hr for consecutive 2 hour) and severe cramp occur, consult the gynecologist as early as possible.
