Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

I presume that you have undergone MRI and your MRI reports are suggestive of desiccated and bulging discs.Your discs are compressing the nerve roots bilaterally and so you need to remove them. The operation required is discoidectomy which may be open or endoscopic. You need to consult a good spine surgeon with your MRI reports.Hope my answer would resolve your queries.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
