What Is The Cause Of Numbness And Tingling?

tips of my fingers are numb and tingle as well as My toes and nose, My hands and feet swell and I got presure between and around my eyes, I also have something happen in my head that feels like my brain flips and I have even had bad falls. I m sure they are all connected because they all started close to the same time. also I did have very strong finger and toe nails now they are very brittle, hands and feet stay cold, but sometimes sweat although they are cold
