What Is The Cause Of Nausea And Fatigue?
i believe that i may be pregnant. for the past week ive had extreme nausea, fatigue, cramps like when i have my period, and back pain. all ive been wanting to do is sleep. every time i see food or try to eat i want to vomit.i had a period this week but it was very unusual and lasted maybe a day.

This could be pseudo symptoms of pregnancy, if you missed the period for couple of week and there is history of coitus done at the time of ovulation then this could be pregnancy else this is nothing to worry because this may not be conception, have a nice day.
