What Is The Cause Of Falling HCG Level During Pregnancy?

I am 6w2d pregnant. My hcg has fallen from 25000 at 5w2d to 11000 yesterday at 6w1d. I had an ultrasound last nigh, after receiving the hcg results, that showed an intrauterine pregnancy with a heartbeat of approx 102bpm. I am continuing to feel nauseous. What is happening?

HAI,
dont worry.if you are having foetal pole with heart beat there is no need to worry about hcg values.it may be twin gestation with vanishing twins .so do interval ultrasound for foetal well being every two weeks.
