About a month back, after having sex with my wife, I noticed a shiny reddish lesion on the upper side of theglan penis in the center. It never itched nor was it painful, but I do remember that my wife was a bit dry. So my impression was that it could have been a skin rub.

I forgot all about it till today when I noticed a small piece of dry skin sticking off it and applied a moisturizer. Just now, about an hour ago, I had sex with my wife again, and now there are two; one is on the same spot, while the other is adjacent to it. I examined the entire penile area and discovered redness on both sides of the skin fold of the glan penis. I am 45 years old, and 100% clean and so is my wife. Any Idea of what has happened? Today also, she was a bit dry, so I am thinking it could be friction rub. I am an endocrinologist but on this one, I am totally dumb found. Please Give me your opinion
