i have been suffering with a tight chest, it is not painful but very uncomfortable, it feels tighter when i breath deeply. and is bad even if i lay, sit or stand
i also have a burning sensation in my throat all the time and get lightheadedness when i stand i am also 10 weeks pregnant shouls i be worried?

Hi...during pregnancy epigastric pain may be there due to effect of progesterone ... But tightness in chest needs to be work out & you should consult your doctors to rule out heart & respiratory system related causes for the same...
