Hi,

You seem to have oedema on both legs. The cause would be internal. So, consult the physician and get investigated to find out the cause. Various blood tests related to kidney, liver, thyroid, etc., may be considered. After reaching the diagnosis, your doctor might give proper treatment. Keep the legs elevated while sleeping which might help in reducing the swelling.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
