Dear sir

Low blood pressure causes less perfusion to tissues which inturn causes decreased perfusion. The main concept behind controlling blood pressure is to lower the pressure such thatit should come to normal range.

Even some of the drugs like arb and ace inhibitors can induce electrolyte imbalance . Even usage of diuretics like thiazides or loop diuretics will induce electrolyte imbalance.

Check your serum electrolyte levels once

Thanks
