Hello! Thank you for writing! One of the main causes of fatigue, weightloss and BP is the thyroid problem. He can do a thyroid test :free T4 and TSH to rule it out. Although loosing weight might be a diabetes cause, does he have any person in the family suffering from diabetes? Lossing weight indipendent of BP may be a gastro-intestinal problem that is related with malabsorption. So better do a routine check : Biochemical analyses and total blood count. And better see a doctor.
Thank you. Wish your husband good health.
