What Is The Cause For Light Headedness And Sickness With Loss Of Energy?

For a few days i have been feeling fine but then i will suddenly feel sick, light headed and really hot, then it will just go. I have also has no energy for a few months now, no matter how much sleep i get. Do you know what could cause me to feel like this?

Hi,
You must get yourself examined clinically by a doctor. Blood tests are needed to know if you have anemia. Sometimes there might be infections or conditions like thyroid problems which can be known only by specific tests.
