LMP 12/24. Spotting started 1/10 and still going. Has been heavy on occasion but not enough to fill 1 pad in day. Cramps mild to moderate throughout. Neg blood pregnancy test. 39 years old. One ovary lost 2 years ago due to 6cm benign cyst. Periods 3-4 days normal and 25-26 day cycles. What could be wrong with me? I am ttc and worried being that only have one ovary.

Hello and welcome to HCM,
Irregularities in menstrual cycle are very common.
Irregularity can be irregularity in duration or irregularity in amount of menstrual flow.
For knowing the cause of irregular menstrual cycles, endometrial sampling needs to be done.
You need to consult your gynecologist for clinical examination and relevant investigations.
An endometrial biopsy or endometrial curretings can be performed to know the status of the uterine lining.
Hormonal disturbances can affect the uterine lining.

management will be done after the results of the investigations are received.

Thanks and take care
