What Is The Cause For Headaches With Dizziness And Dry Lips?

My headaches are bad, everytime i stand up i feel like everything is dizzy and feel very weak, I went to sleep before and i had been sweating and also my throat really hurts. I also keep getting dry lips lately on the outline of my lips why is this happening?

Hi,

Thank you for posting your query.

I have noted your symptoms and we need to exclude low blood pressure on standing (postural hypotension). This can be found out by checking the blood pressure in lying down and standing position.

In addition, low haemoglobin (anemia) and dehydration should also be excluded.

All these are minor issues and can be treated with medications.
