What Is The Cause And Treatment Of Red Spots Of Dengue Patients ?
I was suffering from Dengue from 12th of Oct to 19th of Oct. My platelets did not dip below 123,000. I was not hospitalized. However, there is a lot of weakness.
1. What all vitamins and minerals could I be suffering from?

It seems from the history that you are having dengue fever. The red spots are petechial hemorrhages and indicate decreasing platelet counts.
Dengue fever is a viral fever and treatment of it is by fluids and symptomatic treatment of fever by antipyretic drugs.
If the platelet count decrease platelet transfusion is required. Weakness is generally seen in dengue and in all viral fevers and it will decrease with treatment.
