What Is The Best Treatment To Get Pregnant?

Hi im trying to conceive for last 2yrs.all reports normal.hsg done.laproscopy done.no problem .however my esr is 50.doc has now started with att medicines.i also get this pulling and dabbing pain i vagina and pelvic region.what could be possibly wrong

Hi, I think if everything is fine, you can try naturally. Track your ovulation by ultrasound or by ovulation detection kits and be in contact with your husband every 2 to 3 days after your periods stop. It will increase chances of your pregnancy. You can try like that for 3 to 6 months. If it doesn't work then you can go for IUI or IVF. Discuss with your doctor regarding this. Hope it helps.
