What Is The Best Treatment For Vasospasm As Venapamil Is Not Working ?

I was just informed that I have vasospasm and was put on venapamil. It is not working. I receive two subarachnoid hemorrhages from an auto accident in 2007. I have been experiencing a strange sensation in my head (not exactly dizziness ) along with episodes where everything turns black for about 10 seconds. What might I expect the next step to be, and is it alright to exercise?
