Psychiatrist 's  Response
Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Its important to understand that Schizophrenia is a continuous illness and it requires life long treatment. She either needs an increase in dosage or a change in her anti-psychotic. Its important you take her to a psychiatrist at the earliest and initiate treatment at the earliest. If there is anything else please let me know,at this point in time it is important that she has to be taken to a psychiatrist, I'm sure she will improve.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

I think I might have a small case of catatonic, or indifferent schizophrenia. I am only 13, and it may be family stress, or just getting older, or something but I don;t think other kids like me, or many others, have the same thing going on as I do. I m very, very paranoid of my teachers, and principal, and i do believe they re out to get me, or affect my academic skills and grades. I also believe they talk about me and how to do bad things to me, even though I really have no evidence. I also think I hear people talk and yell to me, but no one there and I do believe its in my head. I also believe I see people, I can t tell what they are, but they follow me and gather information about me and tell the CIA or FBI or something. Theres some more, but I m not sure it involves schizophrenia.
