What Is The Best Treatment For Loose Motion?

I am suffering from loose motions from almost 4 years, when ever i have anything spicy next day I have to suffer and the suffering lasts for 2-3 days. I keep taking tablets and ORS but by 3rd day i am almost dead coz i get fever as well...its every week's routine could you suggest me a remedy pls
