General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello dear
I understand your concern
You have not updated complete result of the urine analysis.
Urea and creatinine in the normal range.
Normally albumin is not present in the urine.
Albumin could be due to the UTI, damage to glomerulus basement membrane, hypertension, diabetes, any autoimmune pathology.
Further management also depend on the routine and microscopic urine tests.
I would suggest to consult the urologist and undergo complete urine test, fasting blood sugar, blood pressure check up, USG scan,
Further treatment will depend on the specific cause.
Drink plenty of fluid and juice of cranberry, orange and pineappple.
Maintain proper pelvic hygiene and do not delay in empty the bladder,
Antibiotic will helpful after confirming the infection.
Hope this may help you
