General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello and welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.

I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Your urine report suggests urinary tract infection. Presence of RBC and pus cell mainly due to cystitis/UTI. Proper treatment under the advise of the urologist is required. So continue to take antibiotic as per your doctor's advise. Take proper and full treatment.

Along with antibiotic take tablet pyridium, syrup cital, drink plenty of water and juice of cranberry, orange and pineapple. Do not delay in empty the bladder and empty it completely. Repeat urine tests after completion of treatment to confirm the clearance of infection.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Sagar
