I am 46 years old height 5ft2inches had a Transvaginal pelvic and the results are anteverted non-gravid uterus measures 10.8x6.7x6.6cm 5 1cm seedlings seen within the myometrium. The cervix and ovaries are normal the adnexa no abnormal adnexal. I experience heavy and painful periods on the first 3 days. I also have frequent trips to the bathroom at night to urine. General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi welcome to the health care magic

You are having heavy menses during first three day of period

In myometrium seedling is seen, it should be evaluated

You are recommended to investigate with Transvaginal USG by radiologist or gynecologist to do work up regarding that

If heavy menstrual flow there than trenexemic acid or progesterone pill can be prescribed

But if your symptoms worsen and medical therapy fails go for surgical management

Consult gynecologist for examination

Take care
