General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

Your report shows opacities in the left upper zone of the lung field with a small cavity.

Which seems to have raised hilar region of the lung. This strongly suggests the possibility of Koch's infection.

It needs to be confirmed by blood tests & sputum test followed by specific treatment advised by a chest specialist. for sufficient length of period & supported by nutritious diet, vitamin & iron supplements & healthy lifestyle.

It has good chances of healing with meticulous care. Please don't be stressed.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Vasudha Jayant Athavale, General & Family Physician
