What Is My Blood Test Result Suggestive Of?

Hi Doc, I got the blood test result las friday, and it says total wbc is 10, neutrophils is 81.7%, and lymphocytes is 12.1%. I feel weak right now. I m experiencing abdominal discomfort and sometime pain in my back. Do I have HIV? Please advise, thanks.

Hello dear
I understand your concern
Your report suggest infection mostly due to viral infection.
From this report difficult to tell about the HIV.
Feeling weakness, abdominal discomfort and back pain is due to viral infection only.
Take bed rest
Tablet rantac, dicylcomine
Tablet ibuprufen
Drink plenty of water and fruit juice.
