What Is Meant By Involuting Debris-containing Cyst In Ovary?

What does it really mean to have an involuting debris-containing cyst mean on my ovary and an anterior subserosal aspect of the uterus is a partially exophytic 2.0 by 1.8 by 1.6 cm circumscribed fibroid and endometrial Echo measures 13mm! Is any of this concerning with the fact I had a borderline muconous tumor 5 yrs ago?

Hello

Your findings suggests gradually regressing complex ovarian cyst.This is a normal phenomenon in most of the cysts.Many cysts become regress with time.
Gradually decreasing ovarian cyst size is a good sign.

Findings also suggests small fibroid in anterior wall of uterus.
Fibroid is a benign tumour of uterus.
Treatment of fibroid depend upon many things like age,family is completed or not,symptoms etc.
Treatment of fibroid is both conservative and surgical.
It need evaluation by a gynecologist.

Endometrial thickness is normal.
