What Is Causing Persistent Pain Between My Neck And Shoulders?

Hello Doctor, Rather than overload your outside system I m contacting you direct with a problem ( obviously ) which will not go away, It s a pain between my neck & shoulder, directly central, It s constant/permanent, I am extremely worried as I thought it was only a NECK CRICK, But obviously this is a different ailment,, I hope You can respond,,,,

Causes of neck pain include:
Abnormalities in the bone or joints
Trauma
Poor posture
Degenerative diseases
Tumors
Muscle strain

he shoulder is a ball and socket joint with a large range of movement. Such a mobile joint tends to be more susceptible to injury. Shoulder pain can stem from one or more of the following causes:
Strains from overexertion
Tendonitis from overuse
Shoulder joint instability
Dislocation
Collar or upper arm bone fractures
Frozen shoulder
Pinched nerves (also called radiculopathy)
it is diagnosed by taking xray, MRI myelography,/ CT scanning electromyelography.(EMG) etc.
after proper diagnosis it is treated accordingly.
