What Is Causing My Nocturnal Nausea And Abdominal Pain?

I am 19 years old and ever since I was a freshmen in high school I have had nights where I'll wake up nauseous, with stomach pains and the chills. Over the years I just dealt with it but over the last 2 months it has become worse. Lately its been every night lasting up to an hour and a half. I need to know whats going on

Thanks for your query and an elucidate history.
You have got very odd symptoms , timely .... a 19 years old has nausea, stomach pains and chills which now has increased over 2 months, lasts for hour and half.
The causes can be :
There may be a close cavity infection like Liver abscess / appendicitis / Diverticulitis.

I would advise:
CT scan of the abdomen.
Upper and lower GI Endoscopy.
a Course of antibiotic and metronidazole
