What Is Causing My Headache?

I gave blood yesterday, and I was ok for about 1 hours. I went shopping and got very dizzy, so I went home. I have not felt good since, and I have developed a headache that I can t get rid of. I have taken Claratin, and some sinus medicine, but nothing is working. I have been laying down since yesterday.

You should consult physician for your examination...

Get your blood pressure checked to look for hyper or hypotension....
And accordingly corrected ...

Second your sugar estimation also done for rule out hypoglycemia ..

If you have dehydration by less fluid intake then also it can occur...

Avoid stress....

There might be chance of inner ear infection also like that if labyrinthitis ...
Ear examination done for it...

Investigate with CBC , CRP also ...

For dizziness betahistin can be given...

But first get your physical examination and accordingly investigation.
