Hi,I am Dr. Subhankar Chakraborty (Gastroenterologist). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
My husband has been feeling ill while eating and feels like he can t eat more than a few bites. Thursday he ate some bread with a little olive oil then about 3 bites of salad, began to feel ill so went to the bathroom in case he threw up. He didn t vomit but instead broke into a cold sweat and his color looked pale. Took a couple of hours to feel better. This morning I fixed scrambled eggs with veggies and a little bit of ham and a tablespoon of Swiss cheese, he ate about four bites and said he couldn t eat anymore and was going to go lay down. He says he just can t eat very much. I have noticed he is craving something sweet or chocolates in the evening.
Until examination is done it is difficult to say what it is. avoid fatty food and gluten contain food.
Eat soft diets like ghanzee or javaa etc. Take yoghurt or probiotic diet. If symptoms not improved please consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
