Welcome to HCM!
I really appreciate your concern regarding the use of Lupron.
It is used to suppress the endogenous Gonadotropins (FSH & LH) secretion in women suffering from Endometriosis or Uterine fibroids.
It acts by inhibiting the release of FSH & LH by the pituitary thereby decreasing the production of female sex hormones from the ovaries.
It has not proved to cause the openings of blocked fallopian tubes.
Best regards!
