What Is Fertigyn HP Prescribed For?

Hello, My wife is 32 years old. She has been positive in urine pregnancy test done at home (on a strip) We have done a USG. It showed a gestational sac and yolk and it is 5 weeks 6 days old but no embryo till now. The doctor prescribed FertiGyn HP 500. Can you tell me the role of this medication in this case?
