What Initiates The Labor At 39 Weeks Of Pregnancy?

Hi, I am 20 years old and am pregnant at 39 weeks is there anything i can do to start labor? I have went swimming, walked walked and walked more and I have also tried squats. I am a single mom so sex is out of the question. I have been taking Epo too.

Please for God's sake do not do such hectic exercises. They will do more harm than good at this stage of pregnancy.
As it is you are 39 weeks pregnant, hence the baby is fully mature and you will go in labour within about a week's time. Wait and watch.
If still you are in a hurry to deliver earlier, please tell your concern to your obstetrician. If he/she is convinced about the indication to deliver you earlier, he/she will examine you thoroughly and if found ok, will perform the stripping of the membranes by vaginal examination. That will initiate your labour.
However, please do not do drastic things of your own.
