How To Predict Labor Pain?

My daughter is 38 weeks pregnant and has been having contractions off and on. She s 2 cm dilated and 80% effaced. She s experiencing weakness and is very shaky, even after eating. This is her second pregnancy first was via c section but is wanting a VBAC with this pregnancy. Why is she so weak and shaking constantly?

I would recommend a physical examination along with a check on blood glycemic profile, thyroid profile, rulung out of anemia and other conditions that can result in weakness.
