What Heavy Vaginal Bleeding While Suffering From PCOD?

Hi Doctor, I am suffering from the problem of pcod and irregular periods. Today is the second day of my period this month which came only after I had artificial hormones and cinnamon. Along with heavy bleeding, I had terrible cramps which I have never experienced before in my life. A huge red coloured thing is stuck in my vagina and when I try to pull it out only a little part of it comes out in my hand. Its some sort of fleshy thing covered in blood. What is it? I am very very scared

Hi thanks for posting on hcm.
Usually in periods nothing get stuck as you say I suggest if you are sexually active get a pregnancy test done as I suspect it could be incomplete abortion. Visit a doctor and get examined. With regards to pcos it is very common to have irregular cycles with variable bleeding patterns due to hormonal imbalance your periods need to be regulated for which you need to regularly consult a doctor and take treatment.
Hope this is helpful to you.
Regards.
