i am suffer from right side middle cerberal brain stroke and homocysteine .the homocysteine level is 84.39. my age is 27, female.the treatment is not stopped. what are the food taken for this problem. it is curable one. how many years treatment will taken.

Vegetables and fruits are the best natural foods that help lower homocysteine levels. Also, supplementing the diet with B6, B12 and Folic Acid supplements can help lower the levels as well. These are the heart and brain-healthy foods you hear doctors talking about all the time!
