hi, i m an 18 year old female. my knee feel very weak and spongy when going up stairs or doing doing workouts that involve jumping/ moving my knees quickly. they don t necessarily hurt or cause me deep pain, but they feel completely tired out and useless and I don t feel like walking or moving right after. what can i do strengthen them? I don t want to have knee problems in my adulthood.
Hi, Having this problem at this age indicates that there might be having lack of active physical exercises. Go for patellar exercises daily. This will strengthen your hamstring muscles and loose flabby knee muscles and ligaments. Take high protein diet. Ok and take care.
