Dear sir my child 19 month old and last three days he cause the warming head and body to head to stomach (sir aur pat ka garam rahana) I give the syrap paracetamol and ibrufame and last and I change the dose to paracetamol mefenamic acid but how I do

Hi, your toddler must be of around 15-20 kg and will need a dose of 75-100mg of paracetamol (about 1teaspoon full). if he is not recovering you should go for blood reports.
