What Does Yellow-colored Urine Indicate As A 40-year-old?

Hello Dear Sir,my name is Arshed Mehmood and i am 40 years old,i have often backache,about 2 week ago j had an strict pain in my left kidny,The doctor advised to ultra sound,idid so,the result is normal,but widal is positive.i had thiphiod about 3 years ago,urine colour is yellow. plz help me

Hell,

* As per my clinical experience, the yellow urine in your case is related to inadequate hydration status most likely and old widal is not responsible for such appearance.

* As the ultrasound is negative, possibility of stone is ruled out, but vigilant treatment is mandatory to avoid the development of hydronephrosis or pyelonephritis secondary to dehydration-induced urinary concentration which can flare up bacterial growth.
