Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Maybe you have arthritis of the knee. Kindly get one X-ray or MRI knee is done to know what pathology you have. Sometimes stiff knee is also possible due to tendonitis of the knee muscles.

We need to examine you ponce to rule out few conditions and then we are able to treat you with anti-inflammatory or antibiotics. Analgesics can be taken for now for pain relief. Get the investigation done and get back to us.

Hope this information helps you in sorting out your problem. If you feel it’s helpful then kindly give me user thanks vote.
Happy health!
Regards,
Dr. Archana
