General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Continuous use of particular muscles in short successive period can lead to muscle fatigue. It may represent as muscle twitching (you describe it as vibration). Make sure you are hydrated (simple water or coconut water or lemon salt water) while playing this type of games to prevent electrolyte disturbance because of dehydration. Second thing get blood investigation - serum electrolytes did check for electrolyte imbalance. As hypocalcemia or hypokalemia, both can cause muscle problems.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
