What Does Tingling Sensations While Breathing Indicate?

The last several days I have felt constant tingling sensations when I breath or speak or doing nothing in my face and head. I feel like I could pass out at any moment. It is like I have had nitrous at a doctors office or floating when I walk (like I have to remind my brain of my actions or something). It has been constant for at least or more days. My BP s 108/86. My neighbor had a blood test and it was at 70. Also, my hands shake o an on...this has been happening since for 15 yrs. but has gotten worse lately. I am a 31 yr. old female. Thoughts?

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Tingling sensation while breathing is commonly indicative of physical and emotional stressed up condition. Hyperventilation, allergy, asthma, developing neurological disorder, panic attacks, low BP, low glucose level, dehydration , poor general health condition may trigger such symptoms. You are suggested to keep yourself well hydrated, Take ORS, soups, plain water, warm beverages. You have BP on the lower side so take food rich in minerals (iron, zinc, calcium) and proteins.

Stay away from stressful conditions and avoid addictions if any. Get clinically examined by a GP, get a complete medical check up done to detect the pathology causing you discomfort. You will be treated accordingly. Your treating doctor will recommend investigations and imaging tests to be done for a detailed study. Take adequate quality sleep.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
