Tingling sensation while breathing is commonly indicative of physical and emotional stressed up condition.
Hyperventilation,
allergy, asthma, developing neurological disorder, panic attacks, low BP, low
glucose level,
dehydration , poor general health condition may trigger such symptoms. You are suggested to keep yourself well hydrated, Take ORS, soups, plain water, warm beverages. You have BP on the lower side so take food rich in minerals (iron, zinc, calcium) and proteins.
Stay away from stressful conditions and avoid addictions if any. Get clinically examined by a GP, get a complete medical check up done to detect the pathology causing you discomfort. You will be treated accordingly. Your treating doctor will recommend investigations and imaging tests to be done for a detailed study. Take adequate quality sleep.
