What does tingling sensation in the legs indicate?

Good afternoon, I am a 68 yrear old female with stenosis, neuropathy in my left leg, and other back issues. This weekend the lower part of both of my legs felt like electric shocks going through my legs. I m thinking sciatica, as I was on a leg press machine in the gym recently. What are your thoughts?

Hello,

Yes, sciatica does come the way you described to us. You need to take vitamin B12 tablets like Neurobion forte which help in nerve healing.

Maybe the nerve has damaged due to trivial trauma happened in the gym. So kindly take one tablet for 1 month. If tingling still persistent, then better go for nerve conduction studies.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Archana
