Hi my dear,

I am sorry for the health situation your female baby is going through.

She is 2.5 years old and has got three times urinary tract infections in the last 6 months.

Now, here, I want to know if the diagnosis was made based on urine analysis or on clinical symptoms?
If you considered only the stomach pain, that is not confirming UTI. Stomach pain could be related to any gastrointestinal problem, especially candida overgrowth following antibiotic use when treating previous UTI.

For the moment, the culture of the urine you did, didn't show any UTI as long as no pus cell and no pathoges were found. If the culture was made while she was on antibiotics or only few days after antibiotics finished (not waiting for 10 days), then, it is a false negative result. Another culture testing is recommended after a week.

For the moment, get her stool checked for ova/parasites and culture for candida in order to treat her gastrointestinal problems accurately.

Water and cranberry juice will work in preventing another UTI relapse.

Hope it was of help.
