Hello and welcome
i appreciate your concern
Looking at your symptoms and urine reports you might be suffering from urinary tract infection
please visit your doctor for urine culture and sensitivity test and subsequently a course of antibiotics preferably floroquinolone or penicillin group of drugs
your sgpt is on higher side if you can update me about your complete liver function test report i will be able to help you better

Have plenty if fluids to flush off the genitourinary system
Take some rest to regain your health and vitality
