Hi,

I have gone through your medical history carefully and understood your concerns.

The pain you are feeling in your lower abdomen fluctuating from left to right is due to constipation. When constipated, the stool will remain inside your bowels for longer causing them to get distended. This distension is giving the feeling of pain to you. Abdominal ultrasound, colonoscopy and ct-scan with barium will help determine the right diagnosis.

Stomach problems could be also ruled out through upper endoscopy.
Take probiotics to stabilize intestinal flora. Take fiber supplement to help forming stool and stabilize bowel movement. Drink plenty of water.

Hope this helps.
