General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

If I will be treating physician will suggest these things. If you still have some residual infection, if she have painful micturition or urgency like symptoms then may needed longer treatment, one test is culture and antimicrobial susceptibility [AST plate] to see exact antibiotic to be taken and resistance if to any drug can be found and [bun creatinine, CBC routine can be done]. Please maintain proper hygiene techniques, hand wash, baths, bed sheets, clothes all should be maintained cleaned, use some Ayurvedic soaps [small children's may find itching etc].

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Sunny Madar, General & Family Physician
