General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello dear welcome to HealthcareMagic
Regarding your four ultrasound results that demonstrate different calculi (3-4mm) In both kidney I will suggest that you developed a condition called nephrocalcinosis ( calcium stones in the kidney) so schedule an appointment with a nephrologist specialist for further clinical assessment and expert management

Moreover you will benefit from the following treatment if you feeling excruciating pain
Extracorporeal shock wave lithotrispsy
Ureterscopy
Percutaneous nephrolithotomy
Open surgical interventional procedures

However if no pain episode please take a lot of water to flush

I hope this helps Regards
I find this answer helpful
