What Does This Ultrasound Test Result For Uterus Indicate?
I have no fibroid mass lesion, endometrial echo line is in mid part measuring 6mm and am suspected to have polycystic changes. I am 28 years old. What does a 6mm endometrial echo line mean? My ovaries are normal sized: 29x18mm and 34x16mm with tiny peripheral follicles. My BHCG is 0.

The endometrial echo line is the uterine lining. The endometrial line thickens and thins according to the menstrual cycle. The line can be anywhere from slightly less than 1 millimeter (mm) to slightly more than 16 mm in size. It all depends on what phase of menstruation you're experiencing when the ultrasound is taken.
