What Does This Ultrasound Test Result For Cyst Growth Indicate?

Ultrasound results: There is a mid pole calcification measuring 4 x 3 x 4 mm without hydronephrosis and a cyst laterally measuring 8 x 6 x 9 mm. There is no hydronephrosis. I understand the cyst is common in people my age (59) but what is the calcification and does that require treatment?

Welcome at HCM
I appreciate your health concerns.
Calcification is calcium deposition. It may occur in benign conditions as well. As it is not causing hydronephrosis so no need to worry.
Maintain follow up with urologist.
Regards
